I cannot recommend this practice highly enough if you are going through pregnancy and are dealing with lower back, gluteal, and hip pain like I have.
I worked with Brie as my therapist and she takes the time to come up with tailored plans. I have previous sports-related injuries that got exacerbated by pregnancy and I have felt tremendous relief with the dry needling and other therapies she has used to help. The exercises she gives me are tolerable and have made me feel strong during pregnancy. I look forward to my post-partum care at The Pelvis Pro!

Merci has put an incredible team together. MK has made scheduling my appointments very easy even with my limited availability. Remi has been amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. She is also very gentle and patient, which is very important post partum. I wish I would've started during pregnancy and not just post partum. But it's never too late!
- Martha
I’ve seen Remi during late pregnancy and postpartum for a few months now and highly recommend her. Since my first appointment with her, Remi put me at ease. Not only is she easy to talk to and super knowledgeable, she’s patient and a good listener; she always takes time to answer my questions, walks through various customized exercises with me to make sure I feel confident about doing them, and modifies them as needed if I’m having a hard time. Navigating the postpartum period and fourth trimester is a daily challenge and I’m grateful to have had the support of a provider like Remi to help me learn how to breathe and get back to doing prepregnancy activities safely.

"After two children, weight gain, and menopause I really needed a pelvic floor reset.
Remington Covert has been a dream to work with and the entire staff are welcoming and lovely. Pelvic floor health can be a really intimate thing to deal with and I've appreciated their common sense, informative, and kind approach.
- Michelle
Fantastic staff. My PT has helped me ease back into fitness and provide functional support in the “4th trimester.” Scar mobility was very important for me. Dry needling and other techniques have almost fully healed my scar tissue already. I recommend Remi and The Pelvis Pro to all!

Alainey Penn DPT is one of the best pelvic floor specialist that I have used. Her knowledge and therapies go beyond the typical and she is passionate to resolve your pelvic floor issue. The facility is extremely well maintained and the staff are friendly and respectful. You will not be disappointed with the service of Pelvis Pro.
- Karen
I had a great experience working with Alainey for postpartum urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and help safely returning to exercise (cycling and weightlifting). Over the course of 6 weeks, I had a huge improvement in my symptoms. Alainey was knowledgeable, professional, and fun to chat with. My only regret is that I didn't go for antepartum visits. Highly recommended!

After visiting 8 doctors for pain that's been occurring in my hip lower back and growing I decided so finally go to a PT, But I needed one who specialized in public for therapy along with understanding the rest of the body just in case my issues were related to public floor dysfunction. I was referred here by another Public floor therapist who was going to be a bit too far to get to. The moment I reached out here response was very prompt and they took into consideration the detailed situation I was experiencing when I entered an essay on their intake sheet - just in the comments section.
I was paired with Angelica and she has proven to be the most attentive person I've dealt with in over a year about this problem of mine. I am convinced without a doubt that Angelica knows all of what she needs to know about the body especially the pelvic floor and she has diagnosed what she thinks is multiple areas of imbalances and dysfunctions. Angelica is extremely knowledgeable, kind and attentive. In very happy with this practice overall, from front desk to therapist I have no complaints.

I saw Angelica after my second birth, and I cannot recommend her and this practice highly enough! Especially as a queer person, I felt completely affirmed in Angelica’s thoughtful care.

Angelica is amazing! I have been seeing her for 2 years for pelvic tightness due to endometriosis. I’m also now doing personal training with her to strengthen my pelvic floor and she pushes me just the right amount to where I am seeing results without feeling overwhelmed. She is top notch and I always leave physical therapy appointments with new knowledge and lots of physical and mental relief. She always takes the time to explain concepts to me, gives me insights to consider for home exercises and better wellbeing, and she really cares about her patients! I’m so glad I found her and out of the several healthcare providers I see for my pelvic pain, Angelica is the best one who gives me continuous results. I would highly recommend her to anyone with chronic pelvic pain.

Merci is truly amazing. She is so passionate about helping women with their issues and so dedicated to her patients. I left feeling like I could conquer the world. Thank you for your help!! GO here if you need help; you won't be disappointed.

I recently saw Merci for my diastasis recti. She was super knowledgable, professional and explained everything clearly. I am excited to be on the path to healing!
- Beckie
I went to see Merci for a misaligned pelvis after a fall during my pregnancy. She provided insight into how my pelvic floor is affecting my pelvis and even gave me instructions on my daily activities to avoid further injury and muscle strain. It was well worth it!
- Krista
Merci is a great advocate and educator for women’s health. I have personally recommended her to family and friends.

I’ve been seeing Merci for diastasis recti that I got with my second pregnancy. I saw huge improvements in my health and outlook in just a few short weeks. Merci is a wizard! She has a thoughtful plan ready, and does an incredible job making me feel confident in my ability to heal my body with the work I put in.
- Eliana
Merci is a brilliant PT. She helped me learn about my pelvic floor and core to be able to protect my body and prevent pain in future. Thank you so much for the encouragement and help.
- Katherine
Merci is without a doubt a miracle worker! The internal pelvic work has helped me in ways regular massage, (external) physical therapy, and exercise could not. My hips and back feel completely different after pelvic work - it truly is astonishing to think it took me so long to find something and someone to help chronic pain (that is no longer chronic!) Thanks Merci!
- Ashley
Angelica has been wonderful helping me recovery efficiently and safely from a surgery so I'm back to running and other activities with a new toolbox of exercises.
- Michelle
Angelica is PHENOMENAL. She listens, deeply, to all of your concerns and is amazing at client education. She's brilliant, thoughtful, and so very kind. If you've been putting off pelvic floor PT, check her out -- she will change your life!
- Kate
I’ve dealt with pelvic floor issues since I was a teen so when I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted to get plugged in with a local PF PT and I’m so glad I did! Angelica is so incredible and has the best bedside manner within a field that can be quite awkward and uncomfortable. She helped me tremendously throughout my pregnancy and I was able to have a non traumatic vaginal birth with an easy recovery. This practice is truly different, special and should be the new standard of care for women everywhere. Do not hesitate to make an appointment, they are fantastic!
- Josie
Angelica helped me get my pelvic floor back to better than it was before after having a C-section. I enjoyed meeting with Angelica and conversations we had. She made it a joy to come to an appointment. I miss seeing her !!! She genuinely cares about her patients.
- Caroline
Allyson was simply the best. The perfect mixture of professional but approachable, which made getting pelvic floor PT even more comfortable. Working with her pre-labor made a huge impact. She helped with my aches and pains and provided ways for me to exercise away any pains. She also helped me learn breathing techniques that helped tremendously in labor! So sweet and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!
- Joelle
I highly recommend Allyson for her exceptional care and attention to detail. She is incredibly thorough in her assessments, and took the time to listen and understand my unique needs. Her compassionate approach created a comfortable and supportive environment, making each session I had with her, a positive experience. Allyson went above and beyond to provide the extra care I needed. She allowed me to bring my newborn to appointments when necessary and offered support during times when I needed flexibility with my schedule.
You can truly feel that she cares deeply about helping her patients heal and regain their quality of life.

Love this place! Angelica has been amazing helping me address issues that started up after the birth of my second baby. They are so accommodating of me bringing my now toddler to appointments which I'm so grateful for as I don't have childcare and probably wouldn't have been able to get the help I needed otherwise. And most importantly I'm seeing improvement!
- Cassandra
Angelica has been an angel during my postpartum period. Early diagnosis of my prolapse, postpartum workouts to improve, other recommendations like best support pants and other healing tools, and a truly empathic provider. It's no exaggeration when I say she taught me how to breathe! If you need support, go find her.

The Pelvis Pro is a true gift to the Atlanta community!
I sought care with them during my pregnancy to address pelvic pain, and not only did my symptoms resolve but I learned so much about pelvic floor health, exercise in pregnancy & postpartum, and overall strength. I worked with Dr. Angelica, who provided thoughtful, personalized, and judgement-free care. Her warmth and wealth of knowledge made appointments at the clinic a delight. As a midwife myself, I strongly believe pelvic floor PT should be part of every birthing person's prenatal care, and am excited to refer patients to the Pelvis Pro in the future!
- Cat
I loved working with Allyson! She was kind, compassionate and considerate in dealing with my pelvic floor disfunction and my PPA. Our sessions left me feeling encouraged and capable, with clear instructions for what to do day to day to manage my condition. She is the best!
- Katie
Allyson gave me the tools to prepare my pelvic floor for birth and answered all of my questions. Chid birth is unpredictable and scary for a first time mom, but I felt more confident that I had extra support no matter the outcome. I truly think the tools Allyson gave me helped with pushing (50 mins!) and a healthy delivery. Would 100% recommend PT for birth prep for anyone interested. It’s not talked about enough!

I was finally referred to Merci almost a year after having my son via c-section. I was dealing with sharp nerve pain down my legs, lower back pain, painful bowels and pain during sex. I felt immediate relief after one session. I felt even more hope that my symptoms were not only treatable but normal. My son is now 2-years-old and my symptoms have mostly gone away and massively improved. I highly recommend pelvic floor PT as part of everyone's postpartum care.
- Sarah
Merci is a wonderful therapist! My first postpartum session was very educational and she gave me exercises to continue at home to rehabilitate my pelvic floor and all the connected muscles. After just over a week of doing these exercises daily I could already feel the difference! I look forward to our next session.
- Lucie
I suffered from lower back pain for years from some bad falls and childbirth. Merci showed me that my pelvic floor muscles were the root cause. Thanks to her therapy, I am now pain-free and living my best life.
- Valerie
I, like most women, didn’t know that pelvic health physical therapists existed. When I got pregnant with my first child I was having horrible pelvic pain. Luckily Dr. Danielle told me about Merci! I had no idea that women in France ALL see pelvic health therapists after they give birth! Merci’s advice and techniques were truly life changing. Postpartum I had a lot of pain with sex and after 3 sessions with Merci it was completely gone. Using her tips, I was able to have a much less painful second pregnancy. I would recommend her to anyone and because of her I try to spread the word to as many women as I can that postpartum pain & incontinence is not normal and can be prevented or fixed! I feel truly lucky to have met Merci & am happy to now call her my friend.
- Katie
Thankful is an understatement.
Merci has not only helped bring "wellness to my pelvis," but to so many other aspects of my body, as well as my mind. She is kind, empathetic, and has an incredible ability to make her clients feel at ease in a situation that, at least for me, can often be anxiety-triggering. I found myself looking forward to my sessions with Merci because she is so easy to talk to and an amazing source of education, both pre and post-natal! In a world where we can find so much conflicting information at the touch of a screen, it's relieving to be able to turn to her for clarification on so many different aspects of the female anatomy. If she doesn't know the answer right away, she will find it before your next session. You can count on Merci to be well-prepared and enthusiastic about helping you reach whatever your goal is! I would (and do) recommend her to anyone interested in having the healthiest pelvic floor possible! - Anonymous
