      • Includes access to our online personal training platform with 2 additional home workouts per week. 

      • No home equipment requirements.

    • Online:

      • Programming only

      • 12 weeks access to our online personal training platform with personalized programming based on your exercise goals and home equiptment.

        • *Equipment requirements: Dumbbells ranging from 5-30 pounds. 

  • Small Group Physical Therapist-Led Exercise Classes

    • 50 minutes | limited capacity

      • Tuesdays at 8:30 am Strength with Remi

      • Thursdays at 8 am

        Strength with Alainey
